The Worst Beauty Car Experience: DAMAGE, INC

When people ask me why I’ve been hating on Damage, Inc this year, I explain that the team seemed to have found a level of sub-par effort below even ‘not trying’.  One night featured a race with a Damage, Inc car that wasn’t painted; another featured team members furiously trying to bang down a crumpled hood on a previously raced car three hours before the first race.  Then, in an act that earned them this award, on Third Night, Damage, Inc didn’t even send out a car to the beauty contest.  It wasn’t that they had a car and it failed to start or move, Damage, Inc simply didn’t put a beauty car out there.  It’s hard to be taken seriously when you can’t even meet this level of participation.
